404 Park Avenue
404 Park Avenue is a 28 unit work force housing project with two 2 bedroom units, 13 one bedroom units, and 13 three bedroom units located in downtown Aspen Colorado. It will have underground parking and We’ll be breaking ground to start construction in April 2019 or sooner.
River Valley Ranch
River Valley Ranch is a 180 acre parcel near Aspen Colorado with an 18 hole golf course that includes a clubhouse as well as a restaurant. We’re building 180 units of 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom work force housing units on 13 acres of the parcel. The units will be town house style apartments with attached garages. We’re planning to break ground to construct the 180 units in July 2019.
Shady Rest Apartments
Shady Rest Apartments is a 25 acre parcel where we are proposing to build 420 units of workforce housing in town house style apartments with attached garages. We are proposing to build 1,2, and 3 bedroom units. Start of construction should be July 2020.

Heavenly View Estates is a workforce housing project that will contain 420 units of 1,2,and 3 bedroom units with attached garages. These units will be built as town house style apartments that can be subdivided and sold as individual units in the future. Start of construction will be May 2019.
110 Lake Parkway
110 Lake Parkway is a 56 unit project of workforce housing apartments/condominium units of 1,2, and 4 bedroom units. There will be covered parking for the units on the second and third floors. All units, residential and retail, will be built and subdivided as individual parcels. There is a 7000 sq foot high-end top floor restaurant and three ground floor retail spaces with drive thru lanes. Fourth drive thru lane for Wells Fargo ATM. There are Panoramic views of Lake Tahoe and Heavenly Valley Ski Resort. Located 1/4 mile from Lake Tahoe shore, 1/2 mile from Heavenly Valley Ski resort, and across street from Edgewood Country Club Golf Course. Start of construction date will be May 2020.
